I am 30-something, married, Mom of a toddler boy who has lived in Del Ray for over 8 years. I work full-time in marketing as a graphic designer in Washington, DC. Born in Chicago, IL but transplanted to Newton, MA I ended back in Chicago for college at Loyola University with a degree in Visual Communications and Marketing.

I started blogging because I'm a proud consumer and don't believe that should be considered a 'dirty' word. When I find something I feel was worth the cost (whether it be a product, movie, book, food, etc.) I want to tell the world about it. I'm a big supporter of buying locally, GREEN products, and SALES. Here's to being a part of it all.
