Hi Oleskii, that figure came from King County. My understanding is it's based on what gets reported to authorities (police, animal control, etc.), so that's why the county is saying the number is likely much higher.

Hi Brent, I checked in with Redmond Town Center about two weeks ago and they said it was looking like the first week of May, or so. I'll try to firm that up a bit more in the coming weeks.
