  Extremely friendly service, quality work that is done quickly at very affordable prices. I had a rubber heel fixed on my boot for $15 and it looks fantastic. Not only that but they shined up my boots and made them look better than they have since the day I bought them.

  When I asked the secret the the gentleman said, "Bring them to us. $8! Let the experts take care of your shoes."

  I certainly will.

  Definitely enjoy most of the dishes we buy here, though it's certainly not the greatest take-out Chinese food I've ever had. However, the owners and staff offer great customer service (free tea while I waited for a take-out order to be prepared; always smiling and friendly in person and on the phone) so that combined with the decent food makes me happy to come back here repeatedly.

  That this IHOP is open 24/7 is important to remember when you're hungry at 10 or 11pm and you realize most restaurants in Del Ray have already closed.
