Many roads will be blocked off and parking will be dicey. Find out how to navigate DC during the weekend of the presidential inauguration.

Thinking of driving to the 2013 presidential inauguration, the inauguration parade or an inaugural ball this weekend? It can be done—just be ready to sit in a lot of traffic.
