Harris Teeter Will Reopen, but Date Unknown
S. Glebe Road grocery store has been closed since May 11.
The Harris Teeter on S. Glebe Road will reopen, but a spokesperson with the grocer said there is no confirmed date as to when the store will resume operations. “When the store reopens, it will have all of the attributes of a new store,” Danna Jones of Harris Teeter wrote in an email to Patch. “Our goal is to continue to work hard to get this store open with an improved shopping experience for all of our customers. In the meanwhile, we apologize for what our customers have had to endure and encourage them to shop other Harris Teeter stores in the area.” On May 11, the grocery store just north of Alexandria's border in Arlington County located at 3600 S.
