The famous George Washington Birthday Parade in Old Town Alexandria starts at 1 p.m. Monday. The weather for Monday is forecasted to be sunny, with a parade time temperature between 37 and 41 degrees. Winds will be light (much lighter than Sunday) and coming from the northwest.
