Updated: HomeMade Pizza Company Gets Hit with Graffiti

Swear words scrawled across front windows on Mount Vernon Avenue.

11:45 a.m. update — Graffiti was also discovered Wednesday morning on the front doors of Emmanuel Temple Seventh-Day Adventist Church, located at 2707 Dewitt Avenue and just a few blocks away from HomeMade Pizza Company. The graffiti at the church was painted over around 11:30 a.m.  ———— Vandals spray-painted swear words across the front windows of HomeMade Pizza Company, 2413 Mount Vernon Ave., Tuesday night or early Wednesday morning. It appears that the pizza company, which sells unbaked pizzas, salads and cookies, was the only business hit last night. The business closes weekday evenings at 9 p.m. Patch left a message with Alexandria Police this morning to find out if they have any other reports of graffiti. No one answered HomeMade …
