2012-2013 NCAA College Bowl Game Schedule
The Bowl Championship Series (BCS) games begin Jan. 1 with the Rose Bowl and the Orange Bowl, and several Northern Virginia natives are on the rosters.

Look out for these players: If you watch the Rose Bowl Game presented by Vizio on New Year’s Day, be on the lookout for Alex Carter of Ashburn at corner (no. 25), who graduated from Briar Woods High School. Quarterback Kevin Hogan of McLean (no. 41) graduated from Gonzaga College High School, and Safety Cason Kynes (no. 41) of Annandale graduated from Annandale High School. All three play for the Stanford Cardinal team, which will face Wisconsin. Reilly Madden of Vienna is a member of the South Carolina Gamecocks, who play Michigan in the Outback Bowl on New Year’s Day.
