Awesome place. Love everyone who works there and the expanded menu offers a lot of choice. Probably the best patio eatery in the area and only getting better.

This is our favorite restaurant in Del Ray. The food is always good, and the large margaritas (we usually go for the Gold) with their homemade mix are the best I've had anywhere. I usually go for the fajitas or whatever the special is (fish tacos are always a good choice). The staff here is great too - after a couple visits, they remember you. Nice weather means the sidewalk tables are open. I can't think of a better way to waste a beautiful Saturday afternoon then sitting in the sun, drinking margaritas, and eating delicious Tex-Mex.

The only "ding" I'll give them is that the acoustics in the dining rooms are are "loud", and when it's crowded you almost have to shout. We also are not "breeders", and this place seems to be a favorite for families, so if loud kids and strollers give you the heebee-jeebees, then get there after 8:00, or mid-afternoon.

Been going to Los Tios since it first moved into the neighborhood, and I've always enjoyed a great meal and great hospitality. It's getting so big, though! I almost miss the little one-room place. Faves of husband & I: camarones poblano (oh my - big shrimp!); carnitas; ribs (forgot name); and fajitas. One word: YUM.
I 2nd the comment abou tthe owner/manager -- he's just a gem.

If you want to have a great evening with great food and service this is the place to go! I go here often because I love the people, they are so friendly and it has such a wonderful family atmosphere! The owner usually meets you at the door, he really let's you know he appreciates your business!! Paula@ The Purple Goose
