Founded in the 1930s, Conkyln's Florist is one of the oldest businesses in Del Ray. The company has become a staple of the community and deliver anywhere from 75 to 300 arrangements daily. Seven designers report to work at 5am to begin preparing orders. Although most orders are placed over the phone or online, the popularity of this florist is made apparent by its large retail space. Throughout the shop, "Yes We Can" banners indicate that the florist will do everything it can to satisfy a customer's wants and needs.

I used this florist to send flowers out of town for Valentine's day. I ordered one of the arrangements that they had on line. However, I called it in. They said it might not be the same but it would have basically what I ordered. It was not at all what I ordered! It was supposed to be a light shaded purple vase and matching flowers. I spoke to the recepient today and it had little to no purple in it and the vase was clear. I will never order from this outfit again! They advertise what they cannot produce and they are not straight about what your recepient will receive!
