RUDE, IMPATIENT, OBNOXIOUS, CONDESCENDING tone....describes their customer service and the gentleman who answered the phone when I inquired about wedding flowers. This was my second encounter with the florist. The first was in person were they rushed me out the door stating that they were too busy to speak with me. After their less than inviting behavior, I have decided to cut my losses and take my $10,000 floral budget to the florist down the street.
In addition, my company is holding a major convention and was looking to book this florist for a floral budget valued over $750,000. It's truly their loss!
Do yourself a favor and skip over this florist; their location and brochures are all a facade...they belong in SE DC if you ask me!
