School is almost back--are you ready? While many of you may have a checklist for school supply shopping, there's great reward in ensuring that young minds are mentally prepared for the school season. Alexandria Library has compiled the list below to assist all children in becoming little scholars. Help your child get excited about learning for the academic year by checking off the simple guide below, and getting familiar with some of Alexandria Library's amazing resources.

    You can still sign up--registration ends August 31.
  • Do you have a library card? You can get this all access key to learning at your local library. Coming soon, library card applications will be acceptable online.

  • Britannica for Kids: Explore the most trusted online children's encyclopedia for homework help and general knowledge information on a variety of subjects.
