Jesuit Rugby Classic Arrives in Del Ray
Weekend tournament is one of the nation's leading high school rugby events.
Alexandria is hosting the fourth annual Jesuit Rugby Classic on Saturday and Sunday at George Washington Middle School.
Gonzaga College High School Rugby Club of Washington, D.C. is teaming with the city to organize the tournament, with a portion of the proceeds going to the Washington Jesuit Academy and the T.C. Williams Rugby Club.
Players from high schools in Virginia, the District, Maryland, Connecticut, Ohio and New York will be participating in the Jesuit Rugby Classic, which is considered one of the country’s leading high school rugby events.
