Nice photo, Drew. But the caption should read "Fire Station 202 and Town Hall". Just keepin' our mini-lost-cause movement alive.

What else is in that building other than the fire station?

It's only a station today. It used to be the main municipal building and a fire station for the Town of Potomac, which was annexed by Alexandria in 1930. There's a supply closet in the station that used to be a holding cell. The postal service still honors Potomac as an alternative to the 22301 ZIP code. A little more info here: http://delray.patch.com/groups/around-town/p/the-town-of-potomac-still-exists

I remember the story. I just figured it must have a lot of unused space now. The kind of space that could be leased to the right people. DrewforVA8th.com for example.

It's bedrooms and offices upstairs and there's an office, large kitchen and lounge downstairs, along with the vehicle bays.
