Cora Kelly Playground Prep

Please come out for a rewarding afternoon of work to brighten and neaten up the playground.  This is a great opportunity to give your time to a good cause and help out an ACPS school where kids are working hard to keep up their top math scores (best in the district!!) and improve their reading scores.  You may recall CK's old playground, rated the worst in the city -- come check out the shiny, new almost-finished playground and be amazed!  This is a community playspace, guaranteed to wow -- you won't be disappointed.  

No experience needed, but if you have a shovel/rake or paintbrushes to bring, please do.   If you can fit a wheelbarrow into the mix, bring that too. 

There will be food, beverages, and music.
