Malkin Enters Delegate Race
Libertarian candidate Justin Malkin will face Democrat Rob Krupicka and Republican Tim McGhee in Sept. 4 special election.
The special election to replace Del. David Englin as representative of the 45th District in the House of Delegates is now a three-way race.
Libertarian Party candidate Justin Malkin filed election paperwork with Alexandria this week and will be on the ballot on Sept. 4.
He will face Democratic nominee Rob Krupicka, an Alexandria City councilman and a member of the State Board of Education, and Republican Tim McGhee.
