Police Arrest Juveniles in T.C. Williams High School 'Upskirting' Case
One 15-year-old and two 17-year-olds were charged.
Alexandria Police have arrested three juveniles connected to an “upskirting” incident that occurred at T.C. Williams High School last month, according to a news release from police.
A 15-year-old male and a 17-year-old male were charged with Unlawful Photography of Another.
An additional 17-year-old male was charged with Distribution of Obscene Material. All three juveniles were charged last Thursday and released to their guardians, according to police.
These arrests follow the May 21 arrest of Elias Castellon Diaz, 18, of Alexandria, for a similar, yet unrelated, incident at T.C Williams High School.
Anyone with information about these incidents is asked to call Detective Peter Feltham at (703) 746-6851. Detectives would like to remind residents that they can remain anonymous.
