U.S. Marshals have arrested and charged an 18-year-old in the shooting death of former T.C. Williams student and standout track star Kahron Lee.

Arrested was Willie Daquan Lee, who is no relation to the victim.

Kahron Lee, from Woodbridge, was shot and killed in the 1300 block of West Graham Road in Richmond just before midnight on Feb. 23. He was a sophomore at Virginia Union University.

An investigation by Richmond City Police Department suggested robbery as a possible motive, the U.S. Marshals Service said in a news release announcing the arrest.

Law enforcement officers made the arrest without incident.

Kahron Lee graduated from T.C. Wiliams in 2012. At VUU, he was a computer information systems major.
