The Alexandria Aces finished the regular season with a 27-17 record, the best in team history. They finished second in the Cal Ripken Collegiate League standings and earned a first-round playoff bye.
The Aces finished the season strong, winning four of their last five games against the Presstman Cardinals and Bethesda Big Train (see photos). They will host their first ever home playoff game Wednesday evening.
The Aces play at Frank Mann Field, 3700 Commonwealth Ave., Alexandria, VA. The field is at Four Mile Run Park, next to Cora Kelly School.
