- Why Go: The walk raises awareness and benefits the Alexandria Breast Cancer Walk Fund at Inova Alexandria Hospital. Participants can choose to walk or run a 1.5K, 3.5K or 5K course.

Alexandria Shelter Walk for Homeless Animals
- Where: Market Square, Old Town Alexandria
- When: Sunday, 9 a.m.
- Why Go: Walk to support the Animal Welfare League of Alexandria in their efforts to combat animal overpopulation and homelessness.
