VRE is Hiring, Plus Other Job Openings in Alexandria

Looking for work in the Alexandria area? Virginia Railway Express is seeking a facilities manager to provide day-to-day facilities supervision of a commuter rail service with 18 stations, two rolling stock equipment maintenance and storage facilities and the administrative offices.

Associates degree in project or construction management or related technical field is required. A bachelor’s degree is preferred.  A minimum of five to eight years experience in facilities management, engineering or a relevant building trade expected. Applicants should possess experience in cost estimating, project budgeting and schedule control for small-scale projects.
