According to the Brew York report:

“These breweries aren’t anything to scoff at—together, they have 17 Great American Beer Festival medals between them, and have a collective 32 years of brewing. Port City is the young upstart, celebrating its third anniversary next month, while Thirsty Dog and Central Waters have been serving up good beer since before 2000.”

The Port City Brewing Co. brewery is located at 3950 Wheeler Ave. It’s open from Wednesday through Sunday for tastings. Tours are available Thursday through Sunday.
