Reagan National Airport Getting New Restaurants

Robert Wiedmaier working on restaurant featuring locally-sourced ingredients and high-tech ordering.

While most may not consider airport food high cuisine, Reagan National Airport’s Terminal A will be welcoming some attractive options.

Next year, Chef Robert Wiedmaier (who you may know from Brabo, Brasserie Beck and Mussel Bar) will be opening a new restaurant at the airport, Washington Business Journal reports.

The menu will be French in inspiration and use many locally-sourced ingredients. Diners will be able to submit their orders via iPads provided at each table – there will also be power outlets and Internet access at the restaurant, EaterDC reported.
