DASH Transit Seeks Participants for Pilot Project

Bus system looking for riders to test new monthly pass

DASH is looking for passengers to help the bus system test a new monthly DASH Pass.

Starting this summer, customers will be able to load a pass onto a SmarTrip card at a transit shop or online, but DASH wants to ensure that everything works before widely rolling out the program. Participants will receive a free DASH SmarTrip card.

There is no cost to participate, but:

• Participants must agree to continue purchasing their monthly paper DASH Pass;
• For the duration of the pilot, participants must agree to report any issues to DASH;
• Participants must consent to anonymous monitoring and potential contact to verify proper functionality of pass product on card; and
• Participants must report lost or stolen SmarTrip cards to DASH immediately.
