Original story: Neighborhood chef Will Artley announced the first hint today about his coming pop-up restaurant in Del Ray.
Artley tweeted the following today from his Twitter account, @chefwillartley: "welcome- Project 2312 to Del ray dining scene ,will be opening January 30-feb 6th 2 seatings per night 6pm and 8 reservation number to... "
Artley said he would post the reservation number later today.
The former maestro at , Artley plans to open a pop-up restaurant at an undisclosed location. He will serve his special brand of contemporary American cuisine for seven days, and then the restaurant will disappear.
Artley is eyeing a potential Monday-to-Sunday run with a big bash on the final night.
