Gail Pennybacker from WJLA Channel 7 will moderate a panel of experts from City agencies including the Alexandria Police Department, Commonwealth’s Attorney’s Office, Victim Witness Assistance Program, and the Department of Community and Human Services Sexual Assault Center.
