Community Update
I learned a lot about food and how it works with or against my body after I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Then I learned, a little too late, about the effects of processed foods and limited whole foods in my diet had on my thyroid.
I wanted to share this video with you and urge you to take note of your food intake. How much sugar are you consuming in a day? How many processed foods are you consuming a day? How many times do you have fast food or take out for a meal?
Just know that today, today you can turn it all around and crowd out those nasty food like substances and add in some whole organic foods, add some water with lemon to your morning and at meals. See where this will take you. Be gentle, each step is a step into your own awareness. Enjoy the journey :)
