Harry Potter Fan? Get Tickets for 'Potted Potter'

Family show geared to ages 6 and older coming to D.C. in September.

Calling all wizards and muggles: A parody of the Harry Potter books will hit the stage in the DC area next month. The 70-minute "Potted Potter: The Unauthorized Harry Experience," which condenses all seven of the popular Harry Potter books into one show, is geared to Potter fans.

The play was created by two-time Olivier Award-nominated actors Daniel Clarkson and Jefferson Turner, who perform in the show.

The play will be showing at the Shakespeare Theatre Company in D.C. Sept. 5-15 in evening and matinee performances. Tickets are $45 to $75 each. The play is appropriate for ages 6 and older.

The performances will be at Sidney Harman Hall, located at 610 F St., NW. in DC.
