Get Ready for the Eighth Annual Del Ray Music Festival Saturday

Are you going? The festival takes place from noon to 9 p.m. and admission is free.

Food, fun and of course music is on tap this Saturday at the Eighth Annual Del Ray Music Festival, taking place at 2701 Commonwealth Ave. in Del Ray.

There will be activities for kids from noon to 5 p.m., including kids' games, a moon bounce, face painting and craft activities.

The 2014 festival takes place from noon to 9 p.m. and admission is free.

You won't go hungry — there will be food available from Pork Barrel BBQ, Rita's Ice and popcorn from Popped! Republic.

The weather forecast for Saturday appears to be cooperating; the National Weather Service predicts a high of 84 degrees with sunny skies.
