Here are five things to do this weekend in Alexandria:

1. On Friday evening, get into the spirit of St. Patrick’s Day by attending at the George Washington Masonic National Memorial. Show starts at 8 p.m.

2. at A Show of Hands in Del Ray from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturday.

3. The at Gadsby’s Tavern on Saturday is perfect for the family but is recommended for children in second grade and older.

5. Take part in the from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at  in Old Town. This month, youth from the Wright to Read program at the Family Resource Learning Center will benefit from your assistance to continue the “knit education” program.
