Question of the Week: Who Has Titans Fever?

The T.C. Williams boys basketball team is headed to Richmond for its Group AAA state semifinal game against L.C. Bird on Wednesday.

The Titans on Friday night in Fairfax to setup their matchup with the streaky Skyhawks at the Siegel Center at Virginia Commonwealth University (see directions below). Tipoff is scheduled for 3:45 p.m.

So who is headed to the game in Richmond? Anyone who was at the game in Fairfax (including Alexandria Mayor Bill Euille, Sheriff Dana Lawhorne and other city officials) knows just how much support the Titans received from a boisterous fan section. They'll need even more help on Wednesday.

T.C. Williams is sending students down to Richmond on charter buses, but what are some of you adult fans planning to do for the game? Any caravans? Perhaps a some carpools can be arranged?

Directions to the Siegel Center — Take I-395 South, then merge onto I-95 South. Take I-95 South for approximately 93 miles. Take exit 76B toward US 1/US-301/Belvidere Street. Take first right onto W. Leigh Street. Take first left onto N. Hancock Street. Drive four blocks, then take a right on W. Broad Street.
