Community Lodgings of Arlandria — Since 1987, this organization has provided services for homeless families with the goal of self-sufficiency. From its Family Learning Center, Community Lodgings aims to promote achievement in the classroom and squash at-risk behavior in children.

Senior Services of Alexandria — Founded in 1968, this organization provides a bevy of services for the city’s senior population. From in-home care to money management programs to employment counseling, Senior Services lends a huge hand.

Healthy Families of Alexandria — A program of the Northern Virginia Family Service, this non-profit offers home services for vulnerable first-time parents in Alexandria.
