Friends of Duncan Library Readies Book Sale

Sale opens up to the public on Thursday.

The Friends of Duncan Library is ready for its fall book sale, which begins Wednesday night with a first chance sale for members from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.

The sale then opens up to the public on Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The sale continues Friday from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. and on Saturday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m.

All the money raised will be used to support operations at Duncan Library.

The Friends of Duncan Library is also seeking new board members, including a vice president and e-communications specialist, a beautification-landscape chair, a literary programs chair, teen programs chair, social activities chair and a treasurer-in-training.
