Volunteers are needed as ushers, ticket takers and more for the upcoming ALEXANDRIA FILM FESTIVAL. Dates are Nov 7 - 10th with locations at the Lyceum,the United Way building,the Beatley library and TBA.
The program includes more films than ever before ,at least 60, and counting. Special guests include Oscar nominated director, Benh Zeitlin (who will appear by Skype) and film reviewer and author, Mike Canning discussing his book "Hollywood by the Potomac".
There will be an orientation Tues Oct 22 at the Chas. Houston Rec center on 905 Wythe st at 7 PM in the Seniors RM. or email me for more info. Sign up to volunteer soon and get a free AFF T shirt!
