 ashington charity that donates musical instruments to children\, support
 ing music education and cultural enrichment\, both in the United States 
 and abroad\; it donated more than 500 instruments in 2011. Donations of 
 musical instruments\, in any condition\, will be accepted at this show.C
 hatham Street\, based near Winchester\, Va.\, is the duo of Christal Pro
 ut (vocals and guitar) and Peter Prout (guitars\, including bass and res
 onator). Their New Americana sound carries multiple musical influences\,
  from old-time gospel and bluegrass to jazz and rootsy-folk. Christal&rs
 quo\;s vocals are a cross between Celtic and southern down-home and soar
  over Peter&rsquo\;s tasteful vintage guitar\, sounding just like her Sc
 ottish-Appalachian heritage. Natives of the Detroit area\, the Prouts ha
 ve a long music history\, performing live and in studios. Songs from Cha
 tham Street&rsquo\;s debut CD\, "Last One Out\," released in October 201
 0\, have garnered 13 songwriting awards. Their second CD\, "All That Mat
 tered\," was released in September.&nbsp\;Timothy Bracken delivers a ric
 h performance for the rock\, pop\, and folk palate. A mainstay of the Wa
 shington and Baltimore areas\, Bracken's instrumental versatility and wi
 de range of material have made him a sought-out talent\, extending him t
 he opportunity to work with other artists and bands from Peter Case to t
 he Egg Babies Orchestra.Willie Barry\, though only 17\, is known for his
  inspiring performances of the complex and poetic works of the legendary
  Bob Dylan. Recently\, he has been influenced by many other folk and cou
 ntry artists\, and has written and published his own collection of music
 . Baker also believes in giving back to his community\, volunteerng to p
 erform for great causes such as the American Red Cross (to help Haiti)\,
  Frederick County (Md.) Hospice and Habitat for Humanity.Rod Deacey is a
  singer/songwriter and a longtime supporter of the acoustic music scene 
 in Frederick\, Md. He is known for his strong voice (and British accent)
  and his array of beautiful guitars.
