After speaking, Todd will coach children in drawing their own comic-strips.
Todd’s comic, geared for 7- to 11-year-olds, can be read online here. His cartoons and illustrations have appeared in The Boston Globe, The Nation and Best Editorial Cartoons of the Year (Pelican).

More About William Ramsay Elementary School
William Ramsay Elementary School serves grades pre-K through fifth. It also has a recreation center for community use. The curriculum at William Ramsay encompasses reading, language arts, math, Social Studies and science. Art and vocal music instruction also is offered once a week, and physical education classes are given twice a week. Each classroom is equipped with 2 or 3 desktop computers, and most class rooms have a Smart Board and an LCD projector. Students also can access a number of online educational programs, such as First In Math, Accelerated Reader, Study Island and Brain Pop.
