What do I have to do to actually experience meditation and not just push myself through the outer postures? During this talk Andreas Mamet will shed some light on these questions. Andreas Mamet is an experienced meditator of many decades, student of Osho and other Indian and Tibetan yogis, leader of SHAKI workshops worldwide, and author of "Sutras for Contemporary Times."
