Will Artley is no stranger to cooking, but on Nov. 25 other cooks across the country will have their eyes on him.

Artley will appear as a contestant on the Food Network’s cooking competition show, "Chopped."

“I’m super excited,” Artley said. “It’s big for the community. It will bring recognition to Falls Church.”

Customers at Pizzeria Orso will be kept in suspense until the viewing party at the restaurant on Nov. 25 at 9:30 p.m. Artley said he is sworn to secrecy about what happens on the show. The chef joined the staff at Pizzeria Orso in February after parting ways with Evening Star Cafe in Del Ray.
