Who gives the best haircut in Old Town and Del Ray?
Patch is relaunching its Readers’ Choice program and we’re asking you, your friends, family, neighbors, coworkers and anyone else who gets their hair cut who is the best barber in town.
We took your nominations earlier this summer, and the voting period is July 23 through Aug. 17. We'll announce the official winner on Aug. 24!
