Arlington residents celebrated the festival of lights at the annual 'Chanukah On Ice' event at the Pentagon Row's outdoor ice skating rink Sunday evening.
The event featured music, snacks, ice skating and lighting of the Menorah. It was sponsored by Chabad Lubavitch of Alexandria-Arlington.
