City officials, Redskins cheerleaders, sports stars and other luminaries attended the Winter Wonderland at Charles Houston Recreation Center hosted by the city's Department of Recreation, Parks and Cultural Activities and the Alexandria Redevelopment and Housing Authority.
The event offered free games and toys to thousands of Alexandria's children.
