Halloween is fast approaching and the Del Ray Business Association is once again seeking nominations for its best-decorated house in the neighborhood contest.

If someone on your block is dressing up their house with spooky decorations or you're decking your yard with hilarious tombstones, nominations can be placed by emailing Sue Kovalsky at delrayhalloweenparade@yahoo.com.

The deadline for nominations is 5 p.m. Sunday.

Please note in your nomination whether the house looks best at night or during daylight hours.

The winners will be announced on Oct. 28 following the Del Ray Halloween Parade.

This year's house decoration competition is being sponsored Jen Walker of McEnearney Associates.
